Customer Profile
Japan AIS is a listed company operating in the Japanese retail market, mainly engaged in the sales of home products and furniture. The company supplies retail stores and supermarkets with storage and display solutions.
Due to the high standards of the Japanese retail market, the client requires shelving systems with strong load capacity, flexible display configuration, and a clean, modern appearance suitable for supermarkets and convenience stores.
Project Details
For this project, chrome-plated wire mesh shelving systems were supplied for supermarket and convenience store display applications. Compared with traditional commercial shelves, the mechanical wave-frame design improves the structural stability and overall load-bearing capacity while maintaining a modern display style.
The chrome surface treatment not only enhances corrosion resistance but also improves the visual presentation of products in retail environments. The open wire structure allows goods to be displayed from all sides, making it easier for customers to browse products.
Another advantage of the system is its flexibility. Each shelf level can be adjusted according to the height of the displayed goods, and additional accessories can be installed to suit different retail needs, such as hanging nets, S-hooks, price tag holders, PP boards, and baskets.
The shelving system is also designed for easy installation. It can be assembled without tools, moved easily, and adjusted freely, making it highly practical for supermarkets and convenience stores.
