Steelmate Co., Ltd. is one of the leading automotive electronics manufacturers in China, producing products such as alarm systems, TPMS, and parking sensors. The company operates a large industrial park and maintains advanced production and testing facilities.
With large-scale manufacturing operations, Steelmate requires efficient storage systems for production lines, electronic components, and warehouse management. The storage solutions must support organized inventory, anti-static requirements, and high space utilization.
Project Details
For this project, the client provided only the layout drawings of the warehouse and workshop areas. Based on these drawings, we designed several storage solutions tailored to the production workflow and warehouse space.
The shelving system was designed to meet multiple requirements including anti-static protection, multi-layer storage, and adjustable configurations. The goal was to improve storage organization while maximizing warehouse space utilization.
After the final design was confirmed, the project moved into mass production. The shelving systems were delivered and installed for the electronic warehouse and production workshop assembly lines. The solution significantly improved space efficiency and workflow organization.
Due to the successful implementation of this project, additional storage solutions were later designed for other workshops within the same facility.
